How do I log in to Digital Banking?

To log in to Digital Banking you will require either a Customer Number, Security Number and password or a Customer Number and Activation Code.

Customers with a Customer Number, Security Number and Password

  • Customer Number - Starts with your date of birth followed by up to 4 digits
  • Security Number - 4 digits in length
  • Password - Alphanumeric (consisting of both letters and numbers) between 6-20 characters long

If you have all of these security details then you should be able to access your accounts online.

Simply go to www.rbsidigital.com enter your Customer Number and select 'Log in'. You will then be asked for three random characters from both your Security Number and password. Providing you've entered the details correctly when you click on 'Next' you should be logged in to the service.

Customers with a Customer Number and Activation Code

  • Customer Number - Starts with your date of birth followed by up to 4 digits
  • Activation Code - 10 digit code sent by post

If you have both your Customer Number and Activation Code you have all you need to activate your Digital Banking service. Simply go to www.rbsidigital.com.

Customers without a Customer Number, PIN or Password

If you do not remember your Customer Number, you have the option to log in with your Card Number followed by your security number and Password.
