I've received an unexpected text alert, what should I do?

If you have provided us with a valid 07 mobile number registered with a UK Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider, then you will automatically receive activity alerts.

We'll send you an activity alert as confirmation whenever you:

  • create or amend a payee - either an individual or company
  • create or amend a standing order
  • update your address or telephone details
  • are issued with a new debit/cash card or PIN

The easiest way to check or make changes to your alert preferences is to visit the 'Alerts' section of Digital Banking

Reporting a suspicious text message

If you have received a suspicious text message referring to RBS International, please forward the text to us at 07860 009378.
