I've forgotten my Digital Banking login details, what should I do?

If you've forgotten or are not sure of your log in details for Digital Banking, don't worry. Here are some reminders which you may find helpful:

Your Customer Number

This has up to 10 digits starting with your date of birth (DDMMYY) and then your unique number (up to 4 digits) which identifies you to the bank. If you’re still not sure, but have an active debit or credit card, you can use the 16 digit card number followed by your usual Digital Banking security number and Password.

Your security number

Your security number is the four digit number that you chose when you registered for Digital Banking. It's a separate number from the PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you use to get money out of cash machines or ATMs. Please remember that you will use this PIN with both Digital Banking and telephone banking.

Your password

Your password is the one that you chose when you registered for Digital Banking. It must be between 6 and 20 characters and will normally be made up of numbers and letters. Please remember that you may need to use this password with telephone banking, and always with Digital Banking.

If you can't recall your security number and/or your password, simply re-submit your details (opens in a new window) and you should be able to access the service straight away.
